School Day Schedule
The bell rings to enter the building at 8:11 a.m. Students must be in their seats by 8:19 a.m. If a student arrives at school 10 or more minutes late, a parent or guardian MUST call to excuse their child or it will be marked as an unexcused absence. The school day ends at 3:37 p.m.
Students should NOT arrive at school any earlier than 7:50 a.m. All students must have exited the building by 3:45 p.m unless they are with a teacher in a supervised activity. Students arriving earlier than 7:50 a.m. will be unsupervised and school cannot assume responsibility for creating and maintaining a safe and supervised environment.
If your student is going to be late, absent or needs to leave early, please call the attendance office by 9:30 am at 424-0442 ext 3402.
Weekly Newsletters
Every Friday there will be an updated bulletin for the week ahead. This will include the activities, special events and upcoming events. Make sure to check your Infinite Campus and email for this every Friday!
Open House for 2022-2023 School Year!
We welcome students and families on:
Thursday, August 25 from 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Meet the staff, tour your school, receive your class schedule, obtain locker information & get excited for a great school year!
First Day of School is September 1st!
Here is a reminder how to add money to your child's account:
1. Sign into your Infinite Campus account.
2. Click on Food Service.
3. Select Pay & type in the dollar amount.
4. Click on Add which takes you to the check out cart.
5. Add your credit card information.
From the Health Office
Welcome Back to the 2022-2023 school Year! We are excited to see students in the halls!
For those of you that have kids that use the Health Office on a daily basis please drop off scheduled medication along with a filled out medication form with their Doctor's signature, in order for us to give their medication on the first day of school. If this form isn't complete it can take the Doctor's office up to a month to sign and fax it back to us. We cannot give a medication to a student without a Physician's signature on their order.
If your student has an IHP (Individual Health Plan) please send it back with updates so we can update their google doc and upload it into their Infinite Campus site.
We look forward to seeing you soon and meeting all the new students coming to Webster Middle School!

School Photos
Below is the link that parents can use to order their pictures and pre-pay online for them. This option is the best as it alleviates having more physical contact and lets parent order directly from their homes. Copies of the order form will be available with the photographers also.
School photos will be taken on Thursday, September 22.

Celebrate our final school year
Join our staff in properly commemorating our final year as Webster Stanley Middle School. T-shirt cost will be $15 each and all proceeds will go directly back to activities for our students in order to build a positive school culture and climate. All orders must be paid for upon delivery -- cash or check ONLY.
Upon fulfillment, checks should be made out to Webster Stanley Middle School. All orders must be picked up onsite upon arrival. No deliveries will be made. Please fill out the order as many times as you wish and we will compile orders by household based on the information you enter. If you have any questions, please contact our school office! Ordering DEADLINE is NOVEMBER 1, 2022!!

WSMS MELT Program
MELT After School Program at Webster Stanley Middle School is now FREE to all students who would like to join. After school offers a variety of engaging activities, such as free snacks, academic support, physical activity, homework help and lessons throughout program time.
