School Day Schedule
The bell rings to enter the building at 8:11 am. Students must be in their seats by 8:19 am. If a student arrives at school 10 or more minutes late, a parent or guardian MUST call to excuse their child or it will be marked as an unexcused absence. The school day ends at 3:37 pm (1:26 pm on Early Release days).
No student should be on school grounds any earlier than 8:00 am (unless eating breakfast here, then arrival is 7:50 am) as there is NO SUPERVISION until 7:50 am for breakfast or 8:00 am outside.
All students must be off school grounds by 3:50 each day unless they are participating in after school sports or clubs or are enrolled with the MELT program. If your student is going to be late, absent or needs to leave early, please call 424-0442 ext 3402.
Weekly Newsletters
Every Friday there will be an updated bulletin for the week ahead. This will include the activities, special events and upcoming events. Make sure to check your Infinite Campus and email for this every Friday!
8th Grade Promotion Ceremony
There will be a graduation ceremony held for all 8th grade students in the WSMS auditorium on Thursday, June 2nd @1pm. Family members are welcome to attend. Students are excused for the day after the ceremony ends at 2:30pm.
Here is a reminder how to add money to your child's account:
1. Sign into your Infinite Campus account
2. Click on Food Service
3. Select Pay & type in the dollar amount
4. Click on Add which takes you to the check out cart.
5. Add your credit card information
OPD Youth Leadership Camp Opportunity
The Oshkosh Police Department has a Youth Leadership Camp scheduled for August 15-19 2022 from 8AM- 4 PM.
The camp is for kids ages 14-16, the cost is $25 per person, and is available to students who attend Oshkosh Schools.
There is an application that needs to be completed and turned into the Oshkosh Police Department by May 20th at
420 Jackson St. ATTN: SRO Office.
Applications can be picked up at the front desk of the Police Department and will also be available at the high schools and middle schools.
The camp aims to provide life-enhancing skills that have a strong emphasis on responsibility to one's family and community. Students will stay engaged through classroom instruction and scenarios, physical fitness, contests, field trips and community service! Please click on this link for more information!

Webster Stanley MS will have an open house for all students and families on Thursday, August 25 from 4:00 p.m - 6:30 p.m.

WSMS MELT Program
MELT After School Program at Webster Stanley Middle School is now FREE to all students who would like to join. After school offers a variety of engaging activities, such as free snacks, academic support, physical activity, homework help and lessons throughout program time.
