Please welcome our new Principal,
Kristi Levy, to Webster Stanley Middle School!

Welcome our Assistant Principal

Hello Webster Stanley Wolves and Families,

My name is Jake Koellermeier, and I am very excited to introduce myself as the new assistant principal of Webster Stanley School. I am honored that I was chosen to be a part of an amazing school and school community. I have heard nothing but positive things about the students, teachers and parent community. In my first couple of days on the job, I have met several teachers and office staff. All have been welcoming and enthusiastic about the school and upcoming school year and have already made me feel like I am part of the Webster Stanley Family.

I come to you with eight years of experience as an educator in rural, urban and suburban settings ranging from the elementary, middle and high school levels. My experiences have helped me see the social, academic and behavioral transitions from middle school to high school.

I have an open-door policy and welcome your input and ideas. I’m looking forward to meeting each of you as we start this new and exciting year together!

Sincerely,

Jake Koellermeier
Assistant Principal

Welcome our Dean of Students

Welcome to the 2021/2022 school year. My name is Tim O'Brien, and it is my privilege to be the Dean of Students here at Webster Stanley Middle School. It is my goal to be a resource for faculty, students, and families throughout the school year. I am here to work with our students to help mold them both academically and socially into productive citizens of our community.

I aim to help create a welcoming and supportive environment here at Webster where all our students and families feel welcomed, supported and included. I have an open door policy where everyone is welcomed. Please feel free to contact me at timothy.obrien@oshkosh.k12.wi.us with any questions or concerns.

6th Grade Open House is 8/25 from 4-6:30 pm.

7th & 8th Grade Open House is 8/26 from 4-6:30pm.

First Day of School is September 1st!

Progress Reports

Progress reports will be posted at weeks 5,10, and 15 of the semester. An email will be sent to tell you the grades have been posted since the district has gone paperless.
Just as grades are dependent on the requirements in the classroom, progress report marks are too. If you have any questions about the progress of your child, please contact your child's teacher.

Infinite Campus Messenger

One of the benefits of our student information system, Infinite Campus, is the messenger program. Through the Parent Portal Inbox, via Email, Voice, and/or Text.
We will be emailing the link to the Webster Stanley Middle School Newsletter with a target date of the first of every month. Please check to see that your current email is listed in your contact information on the Portal.
There may be times when we send out a message via phone or text as well, so it is important that we have current contact information in our system.

From the Webster Health Office:

If your student will need to take a medication at school, please work with your doctor to have the medication request form
completed and signed before the start of the school year.  As a reminder, the directions on the medication bottle must match the written order on the medication request form. You can also use this form for as needed, medications  ex. Ibuprofen, Tylenol (no need for a physician to sign the bottom area).

Please bring a new, unopened bottle. **Medications and their orders do not carry over into the following school year.

If you have a son or daughter heading into 6th grade they are required to have a TDap vaccine. You are able to do a Nurse-Only visit for this! Walgreens and CVS also offer this vaccine.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Be safe, Be well, Be kind.

Sincerely,

Marni DePeau RN and April Young LPN

Attached is the pdf form for parents to be able to print a physical copy of the order form and send it with payment when their child has their picture taken or for schools to print extras should they need them.  Copies of the order form will be available with the photographers also.
